Discreet shipping is important to us. All packages are shipped in a plain box with a return address of CoreLevel. Credit card statements will only state CoreLevel on your invoice. Learn more about discreet packaging

Free shipping will be by a carrier of SexSwing.com’s choosing with limited express options available by UPS. Most items will ship by UPS. Stands ship typically by UPS. Contact us if you need special shipping arrangements.
If your item shows as delivered but you never received it you will need to contact the shipping company directly. Sexswing.com is not responsible for items once delivery confirmation has been issued by the shipping company. If your item seems to be stuck in transition let us know and we will address it with the correct department.
It is the responsibility of international buyers to check the compliance of these products with their local laws. Adult novelties are not allowed in some parts of the world. We ship items discreetly and lists the swings as fitness swings on the customs documentation. Additionally, you can contact us if you would like us to remove all manufacturers packaging before shipping.
We make every attempt to keep the shipping of these items as discreet as possible, but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure you are complying with local laws and customs.
At SexSwing.com, product quality is paramount to us. If there is any problem with your swing or any manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange for an exchange and replacement item immediately without cost to you.
Refunds, unfortunately, are not accepted. This policy is a choice we made in the best interest of our customers. Due to the nature of the product, nobody wants a used swing or even one that was opened but never used. So since we guarantee that we only ship new unused items, we can not accept returns because we never know where they have been. We are very sorry for this inconvenience, but when you are buying a swing, we hope you can appreciate that you are getting a new swing that nobody else has used or opened.
Refused packages, if you refuse a package and it is returned to us we will deduct [aelia_cs_currency_amount amount=”50″] plus shipping fees incurred for domestic and [aelia_cs_currency_amount amount=”85″] plus shipping fees incurred from international for each package refused from any refund issued. This is per box. Any items missing will be deducted from the refund as well.
